We had an amazing stay. Best aspects were the stunning location on a secluded island with access to the turtle sanctuary across the bay, delicious breakfast, and friendly staff. The hotel facilities were great, and there were plenty of opportunities to engage in physical activity, like kayaking down to the pristine ocean.

Celebrating New Year’s at this resort was a great experience. The food was delicious and the staff were attentive and friendly. The hotel had a great gym and spa facilities. The location was stunning with gorgeous views of the surrounding landscape. The room was kept immaculate and comfortable.
The Wi-Fi was spotty and sometimes difficult to connect to. The shower pressure was weak, making showers less enjoyable.

The resort's location is absolutely stunning, with lush tropical vegetation, pristine white sand beaches, and crystal clear waters. the rooms are tastefully decorated with comfortable beds and functional layouts. the food is fresh, sophisticated, and always different. the staff is genuine, friendly, always remembering their guests' names and offering an outstanding level of service.
The transportation to and from Port Vila can be a little lengthy, and some excursions can be crowded with tourists from cruise ships.

Beautiful scenery and peaceful location. the snorkeling and kayaking equipment offered were a great addition to a relaxing holiday. Rooms were clean and well-decorated.
The New Year's Eve celebration was underwhelming and lacked festive atmosphere. Service was slow and the staff seemed disinterested at times.

This luxury hotel is an oasis for the perfect romantic getaway. the breathtaking private villa with a private infinity pool overlooking the crystal clear water was an absolute delight. the private outdoor dining area was the perfect setting for intimate and romantic dinners with my significant other.
The minor issue that we encountered was the breakfast menu lacked variety and didn't meet the high standards of the hotel's other exclusive amenities. But this did not diminish our overall experience due to the unique location advantages and the magnificent swimming pool that blended perfectly with the surroundings.
